As a Software Developer, you will be working with a software development team on designing and developing software applications. Your tasks will include working on the maintenance of an existing case management system, developing new web portals and other integration services. You will work closely with a business analyst team on project requirements and analysis. You will be required to handle support requests in our ticketing system which may include talking directly to customers when required. You may also be asked to coordinate and train junior software developer team members and may be required to be on team meetings or calls at times outside of regular business hours. This is a contract to hire position that requires onsite reporting to the Troy, Michigan location with the ability to work remote occasionally.
