About the position

The Software Developer position focuses on the Stratus platform within the Merchant Payment domain. The role requires extensive experience in technical skills related to payment processing and involves collaboration with both onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in relevant technical skill sets
• Excellent product knowledge of the merchant Payment domain
• Strong knowledge of the Stratus platform for 6-7 years
• Strong technical skills in Stratus and VOS
• Expert proficiency in C Programming Language
• Expertise in Linux/Unix internals, multi-threading, sockets, IPCs
• Knowledge of Design Patterns
• Knowledge in SQL/Oracle/NoSQL DB or any other DBMS preferable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-haves

• Excellent domain knowledge of Merchant acquirer business and understanding of payment messages
• Ability to present and discuss technical information effectively
• Solid interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiating skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques
