About the position

KPK is seeking talented individuals for various IT positions to meet the demands of innovation and change in the industry. The roles involve modifying existing software, analyzing user needs, and developing solutions to enhance performance and functionality. Candidates will be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting specifications, and ensuring system performance standards are met. The positions require collaboration with teams to design, develop, and implement software systems, as well as providing support and training to users.

Responsibilities

• Modify existing software to correct errors and improve performance.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
• Gather business and technical requirements; assemble critical success factors and explore appropriate business solutions.
• Document functional specifications for configuration, integration, and/or development of applications in support of business requirements.
• Design, develop, and modify software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models.
• Determine system performance standards and develop testing and validation procedures.
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
• Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
• Troubleshoot program and systems malfunctions to restore normal functioning.
• Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance.
• Train staff and users to work with computer systems and programs.
• Coordinate and link computer systems within an organization to increase capability and share information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field with relevant experience.
• At least five years of relevant experience for Software Developer positions.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems with at least 6 months experience for Software Engineer positions.
• Experience with Oracle, Eclipse, SQL, and other relevant technologies as specified in job descriptions.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with specific tools and technologies such as SQL, ETL capabilities, SAP, and various programming languages.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software testing tools.
