Responsibilities

• Develop and implement custom SharePoint solutions to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with SharePoint designers and developers to create seamless user interfaces.
• Mentor team members and guide them in learning new tools and techniques.
• Conduct technical research to identify solutions and system improvements.
• Create supporting documentation including user guides and business processes.
• Ensure accessibility and security compliance across all platforms and devices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software developer.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, XML, CSS, or CSS3.
• Experience working in an Agile-based Software Development Life Cycle.
• Ability to conduct solutions-based technical research.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with information and systems administration, database administration, data analysis and visualization.
• Experience developing custom SharePoint application solutions.
• Experience preparing or contributing to systems documentation.
• Master's degree.
• IAT II Certification.
