About the position

The Software Developer position at ManTech involves supporting the design, engineering, analysis, and development of software systems. This role is integral to enhancing national security through innovative projects and offers opportunities for career advancement in a diverse team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports the design, engineering, analysis, and development of software systems.
• Assists in designing, analyzing, and developing software delivery processes, including development and operations (DevOps) pipelines.
• Supports modeling and analyzing software development and deployment processes as well as development of Agile processes, plans, and architectures to support software development, analysis, and operations.
• Experienced in all aspects of IT application development.

Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field.
• Four (4) years of additional experience is required with a High School diploma; two (2) years of additional experience is required with an Associate's degree.
• A Master's degree may be considered in lieu of two (2) years of experience; a Ph.D. can be considered in lieu of four (4) years of experience.
• Two (2) years of position-specific experience.
• IAT Level-II Certification within 6 months of commencing work.
