Responsibilities

• Participate in software development as part of a team contributing to a multi-team, multi-organization enterprise using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Represent the team in meetings, providing technical analysis and recommendations, and developing meeting materials.
• Collaborate with other engineers and architects to improve software development processes through automation and efficiency.
• Work with other development teams, customers, and users to produce high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in software development.
• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance within 6-9 months of hire date.
• Experience with high-level object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Java, or C++.
• Proficiency in web application design and development using React, Angular, or ASP.NET Core.
• Experience in designing and implementing automated unit testing frameworks and mocking libraries.
• Strong debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Active Security Clearance is preferred.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and any SAFe certification is a plus.
• Understanding of Microservices architectures and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and SOLID design principles.
• Familiarity with Git, Robot Framework, REST, RabbitMQ, and Kubernetes/Helm.
