About the position

The position involves developing software applications using a variety of technologies including C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, .NET Core, ADO.NET, ASP.NET AJAX, Visual Studio .NET, Groovy, and SQL Server. The candidate will be responsible for undertaking web development tasks utilizing web services, Web API, C#, and the .NET framework. A significant part of the role will include converting old ASP pages into new Angular solutions and creating Web API service calls. Additionally, the role requires performing detailed analysis activities to enhance the software platform, aiming to develop a highly configurable solution that supports multiple languages and cultures. This will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, training users, and addressing any bugs that may arise. The position demands a proactive approach to software development, ensuring that the applications are robust, user-friendly, and meet the diverse needs of the client base.

Responsibilities

• Develop software applications using C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, .NET Core, ADO.NET, ASP.NET AJAX, Visual Studio .NET, Groovy, and SQL Server.
• Undertake web development using web services, Web API, C#, and the .NET framework.
• Convert old ASP pages into new Angular solutions and create Web API service calls.
• Perform detailed analysis activities to enhance the software platform into a highly configurable, multi-lingual, and multi-culture supported solution.
• Travel to client locations across the US to gather requirements, train users, and fix bugs as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge and skills in ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Groovy, C#, JavaScript (jQuery), web services, Angular, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
