As a Software Developer, AI/Data, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge internal tools leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Model technologies to optimize construction processes. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on experience with advanced technologies, mentorship from industry leaders, and opportunities for significant professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting-edge internal tools leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Model technologies to optimize construction processes.
• Assist in developing and maintaining cloud-based pipelines (primarily LangChain, FastAPI, GitHub CI/CD) for deploying and scaling AI applications, enhancing our project delivery capabilities.
• Monitor and maintain Pinecone indices for multiple streams of content.
• Play a crucial role in integrating ML models and Azure OpenAI into our development projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and quality standards.
• Engage in the exploration and assessment of emerging AI technologies and methodologies to continually improve our project outcomes and efficiency.
• Depending on your evolving skills and interests, your responsibilities may encompass AI engineering, data pipeline management, NLP, data modeling, and more.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience with Python, FastAPI, Docker, Flask, SQL, Git, REST APIs, and JSON.
• A solid foundation in AI and ML concepts, including proficiency with large language models.
• Experience or strong familiarity with Azure, especially in application deployment contexts.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
• Exceptional collaborative and independent work skills, alongside a passion for problem-solving and technology exploration.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with LangChain, Pinecone, dbt, Snowflake SQL is preferred.
