About The Position

Evans & Chambers Technology is seeking a highly motivated Software Developer to join our team! Evans & Chambers partners with the US national defense community to create fully integrated, resilient, and innovative digital solutions that enable them to make smart decisions in real-time. We work with our customers on everything from conquering their data to improving and safeguarding IT infrastructure. Our ultimate goal? To enhance our nation's ability to identify, address, and act - no matter what challenges arise. The Software Developer will work with a large team of developers, software engineers and data engineers on a technical development program supporting the Sponsor's Entitlement Programs as well as IdAM /ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Typically requires BS degree and relevant experience
• Must have experience with Java, Springboot, Python and the Cloud / Amazon Web Services
• Prior experience reading and developing solutions to customer requirements
• Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, or Rundeck

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Jrandle is preferred
• Certification - Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Responsibilities

• Knowledge/experience with the development of Cloudformation scripts to generate network and application infrastructure in a repeatable fashion
• Ability to write custom scripts to install and configure code in EC2 instances
• Experience with Python
• Develop Java and Python applications that leverage Neo4j and Elasticsearch
• Ability to Implement NodeJS PM2 for application monitoring and resiliency
• Utilized SAFe agile techniques to manage workload
• Leverage Amazon Web Services
• Experience creating RESTful API
