L&T Technology Services Ltd. is seeking multiple Software Developers to join our team in Edison, NJ, and various unanticipated locations throughout the United States. This full-time position involves developing, creating, and modifying general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. The ideal candidates will analyze user needs and develop software solutions that meet those needs effectively. The role requires designing software or customizing existing software for client use, with the primary goal of optimizing operational efficiency. In addition to software development, the Software Developers will be responsible for analyzing and designing databases within the application area. This may involve working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. The position demands a strong understanding of software engineering principles and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field, along with two years of IT experience. This experience must include at least one year of hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as Jenkins, Python, SQL, DALI, and Miro board. In cases where a Bachelor's Degree is not held, we will consider candidates with a suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience, as determined by a professional evaluation service. The position requires travel and relocation, primarily for domestic purposes to visit various LTTS and client facilities based on project needs. International travel is not required. The working hours for this position are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
