About the position

The Software Developer position at Crescendo Collective LLC involves analyzing user requirements and defining functional specifications using Agile methodology. The role focuses on designing and developing web-based applications with a strong emphasis on Java technologies and frameworks, ensuring high-quality software delivery and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing user requirements and defining functional specifications using Agile methodology.
• Designing web-based applications using Java, Spring MVC, Struts, JSP, Web Services, RESTful APIs, SQL, Angular, and GIT.
• Developing the GUI, Spring MVC, and Entity framework.
• Designing Java-based investment applications using Spring Framework and Gradle with Java.
• Developing J2EE design patterns.
• Creating UML class diagrams and sequence diagrams.
• Enhancing the front-end of the application using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax, Eclipse IDE, and jQuery.
• Creating and consuming REST and SOAP WebServices, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Designing MuleSoft APIs using Anypoint Studios.
• Developing and implementing test validations of the applications using JUnit.
• Analyzing test results and recommending modifications to the applications to meet project specifications.
• Participating in the deployment of the applications into existing platforms and databases using Maven and Jenkins.
• Maintaining version control using Git.
• Documenting modifications and enhancements made to the applications, platforms, and databases as required by the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Information Systems Technology, or Engineering.
• Two years' experience in the position or two years' experience in the IT field.
• Experience with Java, Spring MVC, Struts, JSP, Web Services, RESTful APIs, SQL, Angular, and GIT.
