About the position

The Software Developer II position is a critical role within our organization, requiring a candidate with a TS/SCI clearance and a polygraph. This position is responsible for researching, designing, developing, and modifying enterprise-wide systems and applications software. The ideal candidate will apply advanced knowledge throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring that software updates, refinements, testing, and debugging are conducted to meet the specific business needs of our clients. In this role, the Software Developer II will provide advanced analysis for reports on software project specifications, activities, or status, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and that projects are on track. Additionally, the candidate will offer advanced guidance on the software or system to ensure optimal documentation and facilitate future maintenance and updates. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity and functionality of our software systems, and the successful candidate will play a key role in driving our technology initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

  • Research, design, develop, and modify enterprise-wide systems and applications software.
  • Apply advanced knowledge to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Conduct software updates, refinements, testing, and debugging to meet business needs.
  • Provide advanced analysis for reports on software project specifications, activities, or status.
  • Offer advanced guidance on the software or system for optimal documentation and future maintenance and updates.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
  • IAT Level 2 Certification: CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent.
  • Mandatory skills include Javascript and ServiceNow Certified Administrator.
  • High School Diploma or GED plus up to 19 years of experience required, or equivalent combination (e.g., BS and 14 years of experience).
