About the position

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Software Developer based in Frisco, Texas. The role involves working in the tech industry, focusing on both front-end and back-end components of web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web applications utilizing C#, JavaScript, and Angular.
• Build responsive websites with a focus on CSS for aesthetic appeal.
• Develop and deploy Windows services to enhance application functionality.
• Manage application deployment, scaling, and monitoring using Azure cloud services.
• Integrate and work with RESTful APIs to connect front-end applications with back-end services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify and correct bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our applications are using the latest techniques and standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in .NET framework and relevant programming languages
• Experience in using API - Application Programming Interface for software development
• Familiarity with Azure Pipelines and its application in continuous integration and delivery processes
• Hands-on experience in Angular for creating dynamic web applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
• Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role in a professional setting
• Knowledge of coding languages and frameworks/systems
• Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Knowledge of Rest and RPC APIs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
