About the position

eNGINE is hiring for a Software Engineer - Full Stack .NET (Microservices, C#, Angular 8+) who will be part of a team creating custom external-facing .NET software applications for the healthcare industry. This role involves participating in the full software development lifecycle to release products that will enhance customer service delivery. The position emphasizes working in an Agile/Scrum environment, focusing on backend components of the .NET architecture and contributing to Microservices development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle to release products to internal and external customers.
• Write software, including implementing, maintaining, and improving products developed by the company.
• Conduct unit testing of own and others' code.
• Peer review others' code.
• Contribute to the Microservices development and architecture.

Requirements

• BS degree in computer science, engineering or related field required.
• 3 years of experience with APIs.
• 3 years of experience with .NET.
• 3 years of experience with C#.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with front-end frameworks such as KnockoutJS, React, Angular.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, LINQ, Entity Framework, SSIS, ETL.
• Knowledge of software engineering practices including unit testing, mocking, integration testing, and design patterns.
