About the position

The Software Developer position at Open Systems Technologies Corporation involves providing high-level expertise in software development to support the Department of Justice. The role focuses on designing, maintaining, and implementing Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) software tailored to specific requirements, as well as developing original software applications based on high-level concepts provided by the government.

Responsibilities

• Designing, maintaining, and implementing GOTS software based on specific requirements.
• Developing software tools that include system calls to third-party tools and utilities.
• Creating and maintaining original software applications from high-level concepts.
• Developing large and complex software systems and web-based query and reporting systems.

Requirements

• Top Secret clearance, with TS/SCI and CI Poly preferred.
• Four-year college degree in software development or computer science, or seven years of relevant experience in lieu of education.
• Two years of experience in software development for systems in a production environment.
