About the position

Ziebart International Corporation is seeking an experienced Software Developer to join their team in Troy, Michigan. This full-time role focuses on developing high-performance, data-driven applications using .NET technologies, Python, and cloud infrastructure. The position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects that drive the business forward, collaborating with a small team to build and maintain software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Python).
• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
• Optimize and develop database solutions, particularly with SQL Server, writing stored procedures and managing data architecture.
• Collaborate with a small, close-knit team of developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Maintain and enhance content management systems, such as Sitefinity.
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Leverage Python development (if applicable) to contribute to various projects and automate processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of software development experience with .NET (ASP.NET, C#, MVC).
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and SQL/T-SQL for query optimization and stored procedures.
• Experience developing and managing scalable, cloud-based applications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a small team environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with CMS platforms, with Sitefinity experience considered a plus.
• Python development experience is a plus.
