About the position

The Software Developer position at Pr3 Software LLC involves designing, developing, and modifying software systems and applications tailored to customer workflows. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to analyze user needs, determine feasibility, and ensure system performance standards are met. The developer will also provide support and guidance to users, conduct data analysis, and train others in using software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and modify software systems and applications.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
• Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design systems and obtain information on project limitations and capabilities.
• Develop software system testing or validation procedures, programming or documentation.
• Determine system performance standards and metrics, and monitor performance through software maintenance, testing and profiling.
• Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues.
• Update support logs/progress reports on a regular basis to reflect the current status.
• Monitor functioning of equipment to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications.
• Provide support and guidance to users of Pr3 software programs and the Pr3 software application support team.
• Provide technical detail to project managers regarding the requirements of the Enterprise Resource Planning system.
• Utilize software experience to identify and fix bugs in the software.
• Train others to use computer equipment, hardware and development software.
• Conduct data analysis and forecasting.

Requirements

• Two years of full-time work experience as a Software Developer, Application Developer, Developer or related occupations.
• Experience using Prophet's Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) and Application Programming Interface (API).
• Experience using programming languages, including C++, C#, T-SQL, and VBScript.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience of writing and maintaining reports in Crystal Reports.
• Experience of documenting complex data workflows.
