Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, test, and delivery.
• Develop web applications using a variety of languages and technologies.
• Facilitate design and architecture brainstorms.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with team members to define and implement solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and C# for developing robust applications.
• Strong understanding of HTML and JavaScript for front-end development.
• Experience with Azure Event-Driven Architecture, including Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch for implementing search functionality.
• Competence in designing and querying SQL databases.
• Ability to integrate various systems using RESTful APIs.
• Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting application issues.
• Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
• Understanding of application security principles and best practices.

Nice-to-haves

• Undergraduate degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science, or 2+ years of experience in application development.
• Knowledge of Transportation EDI Transactions 204, 990, 214, 210.
• Experience building telemetry with Kibana.
• Experience in drayage, transportation, or logistics.
• Experience with IoT and GPS.
