About the position

As a Software Developer II at Success Rate Inc., you will be responsible for planning, developing, designing, and testing computer systems. This role involves modifying existing software and hardware to ensure compatibility with newer systems, as well as re-engineering software packages to meet specific client requirements. You will work on various projects that may require you to travel or relocate to different unanticipated locations across the U.S. to interact with clients and provide training to users. Some of your job duties can be performed remotely, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. This position is essential for ensuring that our software solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, design, and test computer systems.
• Modify existing software and hardware for compatibility with newer systems.
• Re-engineer software packages to meet specific requirements.
• Interact with clients and train users at various U.S. locations for short- and long-term projects.
• Perform some job duties from home.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Engineering (any), Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 60 months of experience in the job offered or as a Computer Software Professional.
