The Software Development Engineer for Alexa Audio Radio Experience will play a crucial role in transforming how users enjoy music on Alexa. This position involves leading the development and maintenance of key system features, working collaboratively with team members to explore design approaches, and delivering high-quality software in an Agile/Scrum environment. Responsibilities

• Leading development and maintenance of key system features
• Working with other team members to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility
• Working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
