Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of key system features that support LLM based experiences.
- Lead design and development SDK solutions that will be used by multiple teams to create functionalities for a large language model.
- Mentor and support team members to collaborate and align on design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules.
- Establish architectural principles, select design patterns and mentor team members on their appropriate application.
- Deep dive into the end-to-end system architecture and drive long-term alignment with partner teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
Nice-to-haves
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
