As a Software Development Engineer in Test, you will be part of our quality assurance engineering team, which is responsible for maintaining the stability, security, and intuitiveness of the TikTok e-commerce ecosystem. We are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join us in driving the future of e-commerce at TikTok. In this role, you will be responsible for the quality assurance of various aspects of e-commerce, including consumer, seller, creator sides, and the e-commerce SaaS backend. You will design comprehensive test plans based on requirements and technical implementations, ensuring that overall test quality and progress are on track across Android, iOS, Frontend, and Server testing. You will also be responsible for implementing special testing technologies such as server-side automation testing, server-side stress testing, asset loss prevention, and change management control. Additionally, you will build or maintain a quality testing system tailored to the business characteristics, introducing appropriate technologies to enhance e-commerce business quality. Your role will involve close collaboration with production and research teams to foster a quality culture, processes, and tools, while continuously tracking and analyzing quality issues to improve the system's overall quality.
