About the position

Amazon's Project Kuiper is an initiative aimed at launching a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites to provide high-speed broadband connectivity to underserved communities. We are looking for Software Development Engineers with expertise in AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing to develop automated customer service solutions. The role involves designing and building infrastructure that supports AI-driven customer support systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing user experiences through advanced technology.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, robust data pipelines to feed GenAI models using AWS technologies.
• Implement AI-powered systems to automate customer support and enhance self-service capabilities.
• Integrate GenAI models with existing systems to create seamless user experiences.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of GenAI solutions to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and expand GenAI applications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in design or architecture of systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
