About the position
The Software Development Internship at Agilysys for Summer 2025 is designed for current Juniors or Seniors who are eager to tackle business challenges through innovative technology. Interns will collaborate with experienced engineers, engage in personal and professional development, and contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of Agilysys products. This full-time internship offers a unique opportunity to work on real software solutions in a fast-paced team environment, starting in June 2025.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced engineers to conceive, design, and bring to market innovative features and solutions.
- Design and build innovative technologies that help lead fundamental changes to the hospitality industry.
- Build hospitality technologies that are scalable, fault-tolerant, low cost, and easy to manage and use.
Requirements
- Must be a Junior or Senior graduating in 2026.
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline such as User Experience.
- Experience with object-oriented design and coding skills in Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience on a Linux or Mac platform.
- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
- Adept at handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
