About the position

The Software Engineering Manager, Continuous Improvement Coach at Speridian Technologies will lead efforts in optimizing software development processes for the State of CA's Department of Healthcare Services. This remote role involves driving organizational excellence through continuous improvement frameworks such as Agile, Lean, and DevOps, while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations. Responsibilities
