About the position

As a ServiceNow Software Developer, you will support ongoing continuous improvement projects for an enterprise-level ServiceNow implementation. This role requires collaboration with a diverse workforce and effective communication to synthesize requirements from stakeholders while enhancing the existing ServiceNow foundation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop ServiceNow custom applications using declarative app engine
  • Provide expert configuration of ServiceNow through the systems development lifecycle
  • Conduct unit testing of implementations
  • Support development in an Agile framework
  • Facilitate requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders and third-party contributors
  • Provide subject matter expertise for ServiceNow for the enterprise

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
  • Hands-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules, particularly Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • Experience with HTML5, Angular JS, jQuery, and CSS
  • Active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire
  • Familiarity with organizational change management
  • Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts
  • Knowledge of ITIL concepts
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
