About the position

The Software Engineer 3 (MS Dynamics Developer) role involves consulting on and participating in moderately complex initiatives within Software Engineering. The position requires collaboration with client personnel and contributions to large-scale planning and deliverables. The engineer will analyze and resolve software engineering challenges while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 3-5 years of Microsoft Dynamics development experience.
• Proficient in C#, JavaScript, and CSS.

Nice-to-haves

• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with data integration projects into CRM.
• Experience with Agile project methodologies.
• Banking industry experience.
