As a Software Engineer in the Ads Interface and Platform team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and continuously improving TikTok Ads software. You will manage a focused team of software engineers, providing guidance, regular feedback, education, and mentoring. Additionally, you will take responsibility for the team's project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, while defining a long-term technical roadmap and contributing to technical decisions within your team. Collaboration with Product Management and R&D teams globally in a fast-paced environment is also a key aspect of this role.
