About the position

The Ads Measurement Signal team is dedicated to developing advertiser-facing product solutions that ensure a successful signal lifecycle and build a robust signal infrastructure capable of handling a large volume of signals across diverse channels, including web, app, offline, and CRM. In an evolving privacy-preserving environment, this team is responsible for exploring and implementing cutting-edge measurement technologies that protect user privacy while providing high value to advertisers. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Ads Measurement Signal team, you will play a key role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve comprehensive measurement and influence signal utilization across various ads products. In this role, you will be tasked with building various products to manage signal integration, management, and insights. This involves both developing in-house cutting-edge solutions and collaborating with numerous third-party data partners for integrations. You will design, build, and maintain scalable and future-proof tech foundations to manage data collection and ensure data quality. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, UX designers, and compliance officers, you will strive to enhance comprehensive measurement practices. Additionally, you will lead and manage the development of products and processes to address urgent business needs while identifying, exploring, and implementing innovative measurement technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Build various products to handle signal integration, management, and insights through both in-house solutions and third-party data partner integrations.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and future-proof tech foundations to manage data collection and data quality.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (including product, data scientists, UX, compliance) to continuously improve comprehensive measurement.
  • Lead and manage the development of products and processes to respond to urgent business needs.
  • Identify, explore, and implement cutting-edge measurement technologies.

Requirements

  • BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field, with 2+ years of working experience.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, proficient in at least one coding language, including but not limited to Go, Javascript, Java, C++.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong ownership.
  • Curiosity towards new technologies and solutions, with an outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years working experience in the ad domain.
  • Experience with measurement technologies, such as Web/App tracking, SKAN, PCM, MMP, Privacy Sandbox.
