About the position

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career DevSecOps Software Engineer to work on various airborne platforms, including ADP, F-35, F-22, F-16, and AMMM. The role involves developing and supporting CI/CD pipelines for software product lines and system-level build pipelines. The position emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and integrity, contributing to the safety and security of complex challenges in the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines for software product lines and system-level build pipelines.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure effective software development for airborne systems.
• Program in Python, C++, and/or Java to meet project requirements.
• Work on software development in both Linux and Windows environments.
• Participate in Agile software development methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
• Experience programming in Python, C++, and/or Java.
• Experience developing software on Linux and Windows.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a government security clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with real-time software development, test, and integration.
• Familiarity with Perl and regular expressions.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
