As a Software Engineer in the Backend team at Capital One, you will be part of a dynamic group focused on building and pioneering technology solutions that address complex business challenges. You will leverage your expertise in various programming languages and technologies to contribute to the transformation of Capital One's enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions.
• Stay updated on tech trends and experiment with new technologies.
• Participate in internal and external technology communities and mentor other engineers.
• Work with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.

Nice-to-haves

• 5+ years of experience in Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js.
• 1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
• 3+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.
