We are setting new standards of productivity and cost-efficiency for the way General Contractors and Subcontractors manage procurement & financial transactions. We're looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in building and maintaining the core functionality of our platform. You'll collaborate closely with the CTO and Product teams to deliver scalable, high-performing, and reliable solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from optimizing existing systems to developing new features and products. As part of a small, agile team, you'll have the freedom to innovate and take ownership of critical initiatives. Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Seamlessly connect user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Work closely with sales teams to prioritize features that drive revenue growth.
- Implement robust security measures and manage data protection.
- Engage with customers to help them succeed with Constrafor.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of our back-end architecture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in scaling RESTful API systems.
- Proficiency in Python, Django, Postgres, and AWS.
- Experience with data migration, ETL systems, and building SaaS products.
- Passion for product ownership and solving complex customer challenges.
