About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of our team's analytics infrastructure. This infrastructure is crucial for discovering meaningful insights from a vast amount of data, and it requires innovative ideas to enhance its performance and ease of use. You will play a key role in enabling continued innovation and progress within the infrastructure through research and development. Your responsibilities will include supporting the execution, testing, and rollout of solutions that improve the analytics infrastructure. To succeed in this position, you must possess a solid software engineering background and be capable of writing production-level code. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to tackle challenging engineering problems across a wide range of Apple products, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain the analytics infrastructure.
• Research and develop innovative solutions to improve infrastructure performance.
• Support the execution, testing, and rollout of new solutions.
• Write production-level code in languages such as C, C++, Python, or Java.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in the infrastructure.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of programming experience in C, C++, Python, or Java.
• Experience designing and developing production-level software.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
