This is a HYBRID position in Brooklyn Park, MN. Will work onsite at least 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of software solutions across a variety of platforms.
- Design and develop software to ensure robust performance across multiple systems.
- Develop and support applications interfacing with the implanted device and programmer system.
- Create custom tools to boost operational efficiency across the organization.
- Transform customer-facing applications and reduce data silos.
- Improve business analytics and integrate them into core systems.
- Document work clearly, both technically and visually, for non-technical team members.
Requirements
- Experience in software development with a focus on high-quality, maintainable solutions.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Salesforce, Azure, and QAD.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and medical device software development.
