About the position

The Software Engineer - DevSecOps position at Chipton-Ross involves supporting the development and verification of the Tomahawk Mission Planning System, which is essential for military operations. The role requires a strong focus on infrastructure hardening, continuous integration and delivery, and adherence to Department of Defense practices. This is a full-time, onsite position in Hazelwood, MO, with a contract duration of 2.5 months.

Responsibilities

• Harden infrastructure for development and production environments.
• Build and operate continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines (CI/CD).
• Deploy containerized applications with a container orchestration tool.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for infrastructure automation.
• Integrate with DoD practices for cloud and deployment environments.

Requirements

• Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines or other CI/CD platforms (GitLab, Jenkins).
• Implementing DevSecOps practices within the DoD environment.
