About the position

Responsibilities
- Handle user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Analyze user feedback and implement improvements.
- Implement current and emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and changes in regulations relevant to software development.
- Execute and document software research and development projects.
Requirements
- Proficiency in VB.NET or C#.NET.
- Experience with SQL or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like xUnit, jUnit, or nUnit.
- Knowledge of C++.
- 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a Windows Environment (Windows 10/11, Windows Server).
- Familiarity with project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).
- Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines or other CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Strong mathematical analysis skills or a STEM degree.
