The Software Engineer II (Cloud Developer) at Infotree Global Solutions Corp is responsible for designing, securing, and automating AWS cloud-based infrastructure to meet various technical, security, and business requirements. This role involves collaborating with engineering teams to ensure system reliability and scalability while supporting innovation and cost management through the development of new cloud infrastructure ideas and tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, secure, and automate AWS cloud-based infrastructure.
• Support and improve tools for continuous integration and streamline operations.
• Work with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure systems are reliable and scalable.
• Support innovation and cost management by developing new ideas for cloud infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, automation pipelines, and infrastructure issues.
• Implement proactive monitoring and observability to predict and detect abnormal system behaviors.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation and handle off-hours support work.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
