  • Designs and implements enterprise applications, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Creates specifications for coding, testing, and implementation tasks.
  • Reviews program code to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Coordinates implementation of new or modified court applications.
  • Identifies opportunities to modify or improve existing systems and workflows.
  • Creates and maintains technical and non-technical user documentation, help files, and training materials.
  • Conducts user training sessions.
  • Any combination of education and experience totaling 6 years.
  • Valid Drivers license.
  • Extensive knowledge of website and web-based application development.
  • Experience with 3 or more of the following products: IIS, ASP.net and MVC, C#, HTML5, JavaScript/JQuery, CSS3, Drupal/WordPress or other Content Management System, Crystal Reports, Telerik, MS SQL Server 2014 or higher, SQL Query and SQL Scripting, .Net framework, PHP, Microsoft Visual Studios, WebFOCUS, Linux.
