Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret large-scale datasets from external sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that directly impact business strategies and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into business recommendations, driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and data-driven solutions to optimize processes, improve performance, and support product innovation.
• Maintain and apply strong understanding of business practices to effectively fulfill responsibilities while working on multiple high-priority tasks.
• Participate in scrum agile development process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analytics, with a focus on large datasets.
• 5+ years' Machine Learning experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Expertise in Python for data analysis and familiarity with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Ability to generate and communicate insights through data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Knowledge of creating RESTful APIs using Django Rest Framework (DRF) for communication between the front-end and back-end is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn new technology and apply knowledge to solve technical and business problems.
