As a Software Engineer III - Data Engineer - Partner Channel at JPMorgan Chase within Consumer and Community Banking, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives. In this role, you will work with a team that develops smart and scalable solutions, providing a solid experience for our partners. You will develop solutions for customers that are data-driven, utilizing your data-first mindset. Your contributions will help us scale and deepen our partner relationships with clever data solutions. You will execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting, demonstrating the ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems. You will create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems. Additionally, you will produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development. Gathering, analyzing, synthesizing, and developing visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets will be part of your responsibilities, serving the continuous improvement of software applications and systems. Proactively identifying hidden problems and patterns in data, you will use these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture. You will also contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies, adding to the team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
