SHAZAM is seeking a Software Engineer - Java to join our distributed services team. This role is pivotal in completing tasks throughout the software development lifecycle, particularly in addressing issues related to both internal and third-party applications. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Java-based applications, developing and testing software according to documented specifications, debugging and resolving various technical issues, and creating documentation to assist users. This position is hybrid, based out of our Johnston, IA office, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work, which supports a work-life balance while fostering collaboration and innovation.
