About the position

As a Software Engineer Lead at PNC, you will play a crucial role in the technical design and development of Salesforce software solutions within an Agile team. This position involves mentoring team members, addressing bugs and defects, and proposing innovative solutions to complex business needs. You will be based in one of several PNC locations and will have the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely, depending on managerial discretion.

Responsibilities

• Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
• Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
• Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
• Facilitates complex problem resolution.
• Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues.
• Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
• Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Framework (Aura and Lightning web components).
• Proficient in Apex programming.
• Exposure to UI/UX Design, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Rest and SOAP APIs.
• Background in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Leadership experience.
