About The Position

In this role, you will play a central part in designing and implementing systems aimed at enhancing advertising quality. You will be responsible for defining key success metrics, designing and executing A/B tests to experiment with new ads targeting and pCTR algorithms. Additionally, you will research and develop new algorithms to improve advertising relevance and quality. Collaboration is key, as you will work within a small team that includes back-end engineers, front-end engineers, designers, and product managers to bring innovative ideas to fruition.

Requirements

  • MS or PhD in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
  • 1+ years of industry experience.
  • Significant experience working on advertising quality is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning, Probability, Statistics, and Data Mining.
  • Experience with Map-Reduce computing systems such as Hadoop.
  • Self-directed and independent, with experience owning complete features/products.
