About The Position

We are a fast-growing deep tech company at the forefront of innovation in AI and Health technology. Our mission is to empower individuals and healthcare providers through cutting-edge diagnostics tools, data-driven insights, and user-centric solutions. As we expand our digital capabilities, we are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Mobile App Developers. This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with the Senior Management to strategize, design, develop, and deploy robust mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms. We are looking for a proactive team player who can not only code but also contribute to the UI/UX Design and roadmap of our digital offerings. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and able to take full ownership of mobile app development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development (iOS and Android)
• Proficient in Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter (must demonstrate mastery of at least one cross-platform or native tech stack)
• Proven track record of successfully launched apps available on the App Store and/or Google Play Store (please include links in application)
• Experience with backend integration (RESTful APIs, Firebase, AWS, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and accessibility standards
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and lead conversations with executive leadership
• Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing end-to-end product development independently

Nice To Haves

• Experience in IoT devices, wearables, app development
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, data privacy, and security best practices
• Startup or entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Management to define app features, UX/UI design, and development roadmap
• Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms
• Create clean, maintainable, and scalable codebases with best practices and secure coding standards
• Build and integrate backend services (APIs) and third-party libraries/tools as needed
• Ensure cross-platform optimization and seamless user experience
• Lead the release process to the App Store and Google Play Store, including all related documentation
• Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously optimize performance
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing progress updates and managing timelines
