About The Position

At REGENT, we’re on a mission to revolutionize regional transportation between coastal cities, by developing the seaglider, a first of its kind wing-in-ground-effect craft that operates a few meters off the water's surface and combines the speed of an airplane with the low operating costs of a boat. With existing battery technology, the Seaglider will travel routes up to 180 miles and up to 500 miles with next-gen batteries. Backed by the same investors who support SpaceX, Anduril, and Boom Supersonic, our team is a group of passionate, forward-thinking individuals working together across fields like aviation, aerospace, and maritime engineering to turn zero-emission, high-speed travel into reality. It’s an exciting time to be part of this game-changing journey! We are looking for a Software Engineer – Platform, Operations, DevOps to lead the design and development of software test, integration, and comprehensive data infrastructure platforms, critical to powering our seagliders. As part of our team, you’ll work on everything from data pipelines to automation solutions, and will directly contribute to the seamless integration of hardware and software for robust data collection, testing, and analysis. This is no ordinary software job - this is your opportunity to be a part of a groundbreaking team that will transform coastal travel. If you're excited about shaping the future of transportation, solving complex challenges, and working in a dynamic, high-impact environment, we’d love to hear from you!
