Responsibilities

  • Understand and perform ongoing M&O activities for New Mexico, focusing on enrollment and 1095 systems.
  • Triaging incidents related to enrollment issues and providing timely resolutions.
  • Engage in hands-on development and implementation of solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve health outcomes through technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications across various domains and platforms.
  • 5+ years of development experience with Java, SOA, JAX-WS, Spring-WS, and Oracle DBMS.
  • 5-12 years of development experience with J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, STRUTS, JBoss, and JBoss Fuse.
  • 5+ years of development experience with JSP, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, and Node JS.
  • 5+ years of development experience with Web services, XML, JSON, UI/UX, and JUnit.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience with Cloud-based implementation and optimization (AWS).

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong technical skills in UML, Java, J2EE, JSP, Spring/Hibernate, SOAP, Node JS, SQL, and Relational Database.
  • Experience with JDBC, AJAX, Log4j, Ant, Subversion, Tomcat, Linux, SVN, Github, Sonar, and CI tools (Jenkins).
  • Excellent conceptualization, patterns, modeling, and design skills.
  • Hands-on technical skills in security and performance architecture.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile (Scrum) project methodologies.
  • Experience in architecting/developing Medicaid integrated eligibility related systems.
  • Experience designing SaaS/multi-tenant solutions.
  • Good knowledge of MARS-e and MITA standards.
