Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product team members (UX, engineering, and product management) to create software solutions.
- Ensure solutions improve the overall economics of the organization while considering long-term costs.
- Document, review, and ensure quality and change control standards are met.
- Write custom code and scripts to automate test cases and monitor services.
- Work with vendors and partners for successful implementation of critical tooling and platforms.
- Create dashboards, logging, alerting, and responses to proactively address issues.
- Participate in review board sessions and contribute innovation ideas.
- Utilize skills in writing SQL queries against relational databases and knowledge of agile development tools.
Requirements
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4 years of related experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with SQL and NOSQL databases.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as Git, Pivotal Tracker, and Jira.
