About the position

As a Senior Software Engineer at PNC, you will be responsible for the detailed technical design and development of software solutions using both existing and emerging technology platforms. This role involves writing code, testing, deploying software, and maintaining and debugging applications. You will work closely with customers to derive project direction and establish strategic visions for software projects, contributing to the overall success of PNC's technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed technical design and development of software solutions.
• Propose and design software solutions to address complex business needs.
• Write code, test, and deploy software.
• Prepare technical and procedural documentation required for software.
• Maintain and debug software.

Requirements

• Experience with development around synthetic data models and platforms.
• Experience with Python preferred.
• Experience with UI frameworks like Vue preferred.
• Experience with establishing supporting infrastructure for software projects preferred.
• Experience creating strategic vision and roadmaps for software projects.
• Experience with close customer interaction to derive project direction.
• Experience as a leader on complex software projects.
