About the position

The Software Engineer - System Architect - I position is a hands-on role focused on Wireless Network Engineering and DevOps/SDLC platform and tooling experience. The role involves guiding teams in Agile and DevOps practices, enhancing operational efficiencies through immersive learning tools, and providing technical expertise in system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Wireless Network Engineering.
• Provide deep technical guidance to teams leveraging Agile, DevOps, and Cloud principles.
• Drive and accelerate learning using immersive learning tools to improve operational efficiencies.
• Guide and lead teams and individuals toward beneficial outcomes.
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on resolving conflicts and issues.
• Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture.

Requirements

• 10 years or more of experience implementing Enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in JIRA, JQL, and dashboard creation reports.
• Strong skills in MS Project and MS Excel (including writing Macros and scripts).
• Experience with PowerPoint and Confluence.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with continuous integration and deployment technologies such as Jenkins CI and Artifactory.
• Specialization in GUI components to provide intuitive and friendly user experience.
• Strong understanding of automation trends and industry practices.
