About the position

The Software Engineer, Test Fixture - Level 2 at Lockheed Martin is responsible for designing, developing, operating, and maintaining software and firmware components integrated with engineering, scientific, and manufacturing requirements. This role emphasizes applying appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the test fixture design process.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software and firmware components for test fixtures.
• Operate and maintain computing systems software.
• Integrate software with engineering, scientific, and manufacturing requirements.
• Apply appropriate standards and processes in test fixture design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience in software development and troubleshooting.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Mavlink and Dronecan protocols.
• Troubleshooting skills with multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Familiarity with networking IP/TCP.
